Class tee!!

Hey ya'll! we r gonna get a class tee soon! after coming up with more than 10 designs, we have decided to come out with something cool! so cool tat others are gonna stare in AWE!!! so jealous that they will want to get one for them selves. we r gonna be the pioneers of a new era of class tees!

Anyway, enough with the propaganda. so u all mostly suggested black, neon blue/pink and glow in the dark for the t-shirt. ok so once we come out with the final designs we will order it! we probably will be asking for ur shirt sizes soon, i guess. either ways, cheerio!

All issues raised here and in facebook, i will TRY to answer all of them with a satisfactory answer.

1) Handphone issue: DON'T USE IN LESSON. Don't get caught by teachers. NO FINES(:

2) All have the rights to say anything but can BOYS, please mind what you're saying in front of the girls?

3) In our class, we have the 'fining' system right? from what i gather, we r not as bad as 1I, bcos they take the ez-link cards of people who r supposed to do duty. a friend, wang dian of 1i, did not do his duty n couldn't go home,he lent money n took a cab home instead, bcos it was very late liao.

4) someone told me that if we keep fining people, its not very good as some people may not be very well-off n have financial problems, so even 10 cents is very precious. i hope maybe we can do something so that this won't happen. 

5) certain people feel that if we fine people for using phones, then people shuld be fined for using computers/ yoyos in class as well. but seriously, yoyo's? how bout the girls who play monopoly deal in the project room?

and additionally, the girl's may be thinking whats so fun about yoyos, its lets say, personal preference n a hobby, a past-time.

6) I hope that certain people will STOP copying answers from people. people take 2 hours to do the maths revision paper( for example) n all u nid is 1 hr to copy, tat's unfair. i hope that the certain people will learn to do the homework themselves.

@ Si min: seriously, we can find other ways to increase class fund, sell off the metal cans we have, have a donation drive( stupid idea) or  something else, theres always a way.

I know there has been lots of displeasures about the new rules uhh. I'm here to "re-enforce" them. However, I do agree that there's a need for the class committee to take actions against some of the things. I'll just try my best to remove some of those unnecessary ones (:

@Mervin: The bloggers were the ones who readily volunteered themselves. Chermaine has already told you that she doesn't want to do the job really long ago. I think, it's kind of unfair to her by getting her to pay up if she has already informed you. Zhicong should be the one paying up. He didn't even bother to inform any of us when he cannot continue his duty of updating the blog. == You fined the wrong person liao lah :/

@All: Ahaha. I know I very kpo lah. But just to clarify, I've seen a lot of you using your phones in class. Try not to use it okay? The class fund needs more $$$, I'm considering if there's really a need to make people who use their phone in class pay money. More details will be given later.

Q3. A length of 5 cm on a map represents an actual distance of 1 km.
(a) Calculate the scale of a map in the form 1:n
(b) A canal is 2.4 km long. Find in centimetres, the length representing the canal on the map.
(c) On the map, a reservoir has an area of 6 square cm. Calculate, in square kilometres, the actual area of the reservoir.

4. A map is drawn to a scale of 1 : 15000.

    (a) Find the length, in centimeters, of the line on the map that represents a road 1.2 km long.

    (b) Find the area, in square kilometers,  of an islet that is represented by an area of 4cm² 

          on the map. 

5. The distance between 2 towns is 12.6km. On a map, the distance between the 2 towns is 21cm.

    (a) Find the scale of the map in the form of 1 : n.

Hey all hyperians! It's the end of the Holidays :(... n its back to school... some major updates for timetable, shocking man :0
Pe is now Wushu! woah man, cool it.
Aesthetics is now probably art, guys r gonna fail this, haha.
We have to stayback till 2.30 on Monday!?!?!?! dang it.

Probably the most shocking thing is.... English is still MDM Chan.. jus kiddin.
